Why talk about Jesus?

Hello there and welcome! So happy to see you here with us.

The sun rising above earth

The other day I found myself updating this website and reflecting about a question that came to my mind: why do this? From time to time I like to remind myself of the mission behind this ministry, website, and the work I try to do for my very good friend Jesus. The answer is actually quite simple, and is one that we all must bear in mind as we go about our day:

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." - Matthew 24:14

Take a look a the highlighted red portion. The "and then" denotes a conditional statement. What goes before needs to have happened for the following sub-sequent part of the verse to come true. The gospel, the good news of God to the world need to be shared with the world for the end to come. Of course, this is in harmony with what we know about God. God is love, and because of that, He is also just. As a just God He must give everyone a chance to hear of Him and decide, by themselves, wheter to accept the good news of God or reject them. Only after everyone had their chance to follow Jesus or deny Him, then the world will be ripe for His return.

Why do I talk about Jesus and share it online? Because it's what I believe to be a part of my mission, and it's my way of doing my part and perhaps accelerating the timeline :) Not literally, but if I can be a part of the movement that spreads Jesus' message with the world, why not? I want Him to return, and I'm sure you are with me on this sentiment. Join me and the many christians around the world in this movement. Share Jesus with the world, be the reason someone loves Jesus, and let's patiently wait for our Savior to return. Jesus is coming soon.

Until next one!
