Merry Christmas and a Happy 2023!

Well hello for the very last time this year 2022!!! Yes, I will remain active in Social Media but this will be my last post of 2022... and what better way to end the year than by wishing you a Merry Christmas next to your loved ones and, of course, the One and Only Jesus 😃

God is good, all the time... and all the time, God is good. Personally, as I look back at 2022, God gave me and my family a countless amount of blessings and I and extremely thankful to Him for that. Yes, there were some rough times but, that's ok; God never promised everything was going to be perfect all the time. He did said, however, that for those who love Him all things work together for good:

"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28

Note the "all things" statement. This is God saying that things may appear to be going terrible, but as a whole, for those who love Him, even the bad things are working behind the scenes for good... and that, my friend, is more than good enough for me.

It's the last one, let's keep it short.

Friend, as the new year begins to show itself in the horizon and as we celebrate the happy season of Christmas next to our loved ones, there's only one thing I'd like to share with you and would like you to keep in mind as we enter this new year.

YOU ARE WORTH A LOT MUCH MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. A new year always bring new mindsets, resolutions, thoughts, memories... well, let this New Year bring into your mind, permanently, that your worth is not determined by anyone in our planet nor nothing that you may or may not have in this world. Your price and worth was determined by Jesus when He decided to lay down His life for you; He valued you more than His own life. The Almighty God, omnipotent, omniscient, capable of creating universes and galaxies preferred to lay down His life for the opportunity of having a shot at you spending your life eternally next to Him. He died not for the certainty of you, but for having a shot at you. It's as simple as that:

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16

Friend, He LOVES you. As I posted a few days ago in our social media channels: You are God's only shot at you. You're it. The existential void in each and every one of our individual lives cannot be filled and satisfied by anything this world offers; only in God we find refuge and a peace that is unbeatable. Please, please... listen to His call. I will leave you with this beautiful Bible passage:

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: 'For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.' Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:35-39

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
